We're looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, proactive, and committed full time permanent Performance Supervisor to become a part of the Management Team responsible for Devon County Council's Customer Service Centre in Tiverton.
We are committed to providing the highest level of customer service to the customers of Devon County Council who make contact by telephone as first point of contact with their enquiries for a range of services provided by the Council.
The role is to manage a busy, constantly changing environment and you will be responsible for the real-time management and support for our team of Advisers and their Team Managers.
This will include ensuring the Customer Service Centre is running efficiently and each service has the appropriate level of cover and resources across our opening hours. Further involvement in a range of other activities is required for the day-to-day management of the Customer Service Centre.
The Customer Service Centre is open 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday. This role requires the post holder to open the Customer Service Centre building on a daily basis and is office based.
