Devon Public Health Nursing Quality and Assurance Lead

We are looking for a registered Health Visitor or School Nurse who is innovative; motivated; and enthusiastic, seeking to make a real difference improving outcomes for children and families in Devon!
Here in Devon, we strive to deliver an excellent service to the children, young people and families living in our Community. Working in Devon affords amazing variation allowing you opportunity to make a difference to the lives of families and communities across both rural and urban locations. Devon is varied with health inequalities and affluency which cross paths across the varied landscape.
You will be responsible for the implementation of the Devon PHN Quality Assurance Framework, working with managers and practitioners across the service to integrate the framework, improving outcomes for children and families. You'll use your communication and leadership skills to lead on workstreams and play a key role in change management.
You will need to be confident to gather and use a range of performance data including audits and service reviews to develop reports and make recommendations. You will need to be committed to a positive work culture that is focused on learning and improvement.
This post covers the whole of Devon and at times you will need to travel across the County, however the main base will be in Exeter.
