About the role
At iStep Learning, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding care and education, helping every child flourish during their most formative years. With a strong grasp of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and a genuine love for working with children, you’ll ignite curiosity, creativity, and confidence that lasts a lifetime.
Your key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and lead imaginative, age-appropriate activities tailored to each child’s individual needs
- Observe, assess, and document children’s development to celebrate their progress and plan next steps
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and your colleagues
- Maintain a safe, secure, and inspiring environment, with a strong focus on safeguarding and health & safety
