The Academy (11 - 16 Comprehensive, NOR 1519) is looking to appoint a member of staff to this exciting role which will involve working with Pupil Premium students in a variety of ways. This role will also include researching, planning and implementing strategies to improve outcomes for Pupil Premium students.
The successful applicant will have experience of working with children or young people and will be able to demonstrate commitment and expertise in improving educational and social outcomes for them. You will be enthusiastic, empathetic, patient and approachable, with a genuine commitment to supporting children’s learning.
The successful applicant is initially likely to be based on the BRC site, but this may change in the future and the post holder be required to work across both sites.
