Project Administrator - Young Devon

This is an administration role with a difference! If you are passionate about supporting young people, confident and keen to offer a friendly service, but also have an eye for detail, enjoy managing data and processes, read on!
The role involves ensuring those accessing our services receive a positive welcome and are able to access the relevant support. There are typical administration duties, but also working closely with our various teams to set up appointments, maintain our case management system and play a vital role in ensuring a smooth pathway for the young people and their families.
We’re looking for someone with good communications skills (verbal and written) who is organised and methodical, looking for a role where they can really make a difference.
You will play an active part in the day-to-day running of the building and have opportunities to train and develop within the role.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic person to become part of our friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will be personable and organised with a positive and flexible approach.
