Bidwell Brook School, part of the Learn to Live Federation, is a Special School for children and young people aged 3 - 19 with severe, profound and multiple learning disabilities, based in Dartington, South Devon.

Required to commence as soon as possible. We are looking to appoint a Progress Chaser to work in our vibrant and innovative special school. This is an administrative role based within our Pupil & Families Support Services team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator, self-motivated and have excellent organisation, IT and communication skills, with the ability to focus on, and review, processes and procedures.

The Progress Chaser will:
• Provide specialist admin support;
• Co-ordinate the student Annual Review meetings, collate action plans and targets;
• Liaise with parents, teachers and multi agency workers to evaluate progress made on action plans;
• Ensure all student Annual Review meetings are completed within the set deadlines;
• Review processes and procedures in line with statutory requirements, and adjust as necessary;
• Ensure all targets are met by set deadlines so that the pupils receive the provision set out in their action plans;
• Make decisions on a daily basis, regarding chasing targets, who to chase, how to achieve the results and what strategies to use.
