We are seeking to appoint two motivated and creative Playworkers who will be responsible for ensuring that our children are supported positively and having fun at lunchtimes. One will be a permanent role and the other will fixed term Maternity Cover. This position is also suitable for aspirant Teaching Assistants who would like voluntary class-based placements in addition to their working hours as a Playworker.
The successful candidates will:
- be committed to providing enriched, fun activities for our children at lunchtimes.
- use positive behaviour management strategies to make lunchtimes enjoyable and safe for our pupils.
- be able to support children in developing good eating habits and successful games play at lunchtimes.
- have the skills and sensitivity to deal with all members of our school community.
