Playworker (Afterschool Club) - West Down Primary School (The Harbour School Partnership)

Working Pattern: This is a fixed term position working 12.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year until 31st August 2026 (Monday to Friday 15.15-17.45).
West Down School is seeking to recruit a caring, enthusiastic and motivated playworker to assist at a soon to be established afterschool club for our children.

Your Role Will Include:
- Supervising children during afterschool club under the direction of the play leader.
- Encouraging healthy eating and positive social interaction.
- Ensuring the play spaces remain clean and safe.
- Promoting good behaviour and a caring atmosphere.
- Supporting children to complete their homework.

Full training will be provided including paediatric first aid.
