If you have a background using tools like Google Analytics and Power BI, and techniques such as business process mapping, to drive improvement then we’d like to hear from you. You will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering valuable insight. You’ll also need to have a strong desire to get to the bottom of user behaviour through your work.

The role
- You will be responsible for analysing a wide range of data to identify opportunities to improve the performance of digital products.
- You’ll be responsible for monitoring performance across a number of services, and turning the resulting insight into compelling stories about the impact we’re having.
About you
- You’ll have considerable experience of working with analytical software, including Google Analytics and Power BI.
- You’ll be able to turn data into engaging and accessible communications that inform design and measure success
- You’ll prefer working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, and will have experience of working across concurrent complex projects.
