Our friendly team at NDVS is looking for someone who will enjoy a busy, varied role providing first point of contact and support in relation to our most valuable asset, our people (current and future).
As an integral member of our Core team, our People Officer will be a key strategic role with responsibility for delivering a clear and visible difference to the current and future workforce. Ultimately directing the design of our People and Culture Strategy.
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who can help us build capacity and ensure we meet legal requirements while ensuring we are best structured to increase our profile and continue to support the amazing work going on in our local Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise groups. Enabling those that do good to flourish!
