We have an exciting development role opportunity within our high performing People Team as a People Administrator with the potential to progress to a People Co-ordinator role subject to completion of development milestones.

The successful individual will be organised and looking for a development opportunity within a forward-thinking and growing college. Working alongside our Transactional Services team as part of our wider People Team, the People Administrator plays a key role in the success of the college, facilitating staff recruitment and generalist HR administrative duties to support all staff.

Successful candidates will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and an ability to multi-task. We are particularly looking for someone who can manage deadlines, use their own initiative to problem-solve and are committed to personal development.
