Pastoral Support Manager - Torbay Medical Tuition Service

The post is fixed term to cover Maternity leave.
The Medical Tuition Service is seeking a flexible, passionate and committed Pastoral Support Manager to support the pastoral and wellbeing needs of our cohort of vulnerable students. The service is dedicated to a ‘beyond learning’ journey for all of our learners helping to meet their specific medical and subsequent academic needs. The successful candidate will be a willing team player, who can work independently and forge good working relationships. It would be preferable that they had schools experience of pastoral welfare systems, and record keeping and monitoring tools such as Class charts, SIMS, CPOMS or Google Classroom. This is an exciting time to be joining our service as we move towards recognition as an educational establishment for young people with medical needs, who are currently unable to attend their on roll school.
