We are seeking to recruit a committed, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to provide efficient, effective and professional PA support to our Deputy Headteacher and first aider.
• Be personable, professional and trustworthy;
• Be self-motivated and able to use your initiative;
• Be able to work effectively in a team;
• Have a flexible approach and be able to multi-task;
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be confident in liaising with others, either in person or by telephone/email;
• Be organised, able to prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines;
• Have excellent ICT skills and be able to produce professional documentation.
Previous experience of working in a school environment with a knowledge of Bromcom is desirable but not essential.
