We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our friendly and dynamic team based in Honiton which covers the area of Honiton and surrounding areas including Ottery St Mary and some of the Cranbrook area.
We are a supportive and welcoming integrated multidisciplinary adult social care team working who together to support a range of people within our community, older people, adults of working age and younger people preparing for adulthood.
Occupational Therapists within our team provide occupational therapy assessments, manage complex casework and work with safeguarding enquiries. We are a supportive team of Experienced Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Social Care Assessors who work as part of an integrated Health & Social Care Team.
We work in partnership with our GP practices, Community Nurses, Community Therapists, Urgent Community Response team and Community Pharmacy.
