We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our collaborative academy, which is dedicated to developing our great team, centred around humility and respect. The role will be supporting pupils with complex SEND both within the class and on a one-to-one basis. We are looking for someone who can work across our full age range (2-11) and in particular, someone with experience of/or an interest in working with pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition or other complex communication difficulties.
As an experienced practitioner, you will be able to support in the planning and assessment of children. You will know the value of high-quality adult interactions and put the development of language and social and emotional development at the heart of all that you do. You won’t be frightened to roll up your sleeves and will enjoy developing playful and imaginative experiences for our pupils.
