We have a vacancy for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive school. You will have previous experience working with children in Early Years and Foundation Stage and be able to effectively communicate with adults and children alike. We are looking for someone who can work in partnership with the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom, assisting pupils to learn and reach their full potential. An understanding of trauma informed/ relational approaches would also be beneficial and the year group for the post will be determined by the skill set and experience of the successful candidate. This role may include some whole class cover and this will be paid at an enhanced rate for those hours worked. If you have high expectations and understanding of behaviour of all pupils, experience of delivering interventions for children and can create and maintain a purposeful learning environment, we would welcome your application to be part of our successful and hardworking team.
