We are seeking a 'superhero' childcare practitioner; what are your super powers?
We need an experienced Level 3 qualified, creative individual who is passionate about working in Early Years and has a commitment to supporting children with additional needs. Experience and expertise with working with babies would be an advantage.
- Are you caring and nurturing, fun and enthusiastic, be able to elaborate or build on children's play and interests?
- Are you passionate about childcare and can you demonstrate a commitment to supporting children with additional needs?
- Are you hard working and motivated with the ability to plan and deliver a high-quality play and learning opportunities in a range of environments?
- Are you able to develop the focus of play rather than the end goal?
- Are you able to reflect upon and support the emotions that children express?
- Are you able to encourage children to ask questions in order to develop their understanding of the world around them?
- Are you able to encourage children to be independent in their self-care?
- Are you able to extend learning and provide challenges for children?

Successful candidates must be hardworking, motivated with the ability to plan and deliver high quality play and learning opportunities throughout the setting , both indoors and outside in our lovely garden area.
This post could potentially lead to a leadership role for the right candidate who demonstrates excellent communication skills and who can inspire our amazing team and continue to promote and share our values and ethos.
Expected start date: 01/06/2025 but have some flexibility.
