Colyton Caterpillars Early Education is looking for an experienced Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and dedicated team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and making a real difference to children’s development.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
- Support children with speech and language difficulties
- Work with children with medical needs
- Plan and deliver engaging activities to support learning and development
- Work effectively as part of a team in a busy setting
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in an early years setting
- Experience supporting children with additional needs (desirable)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children
