- NJC Grade C 3 - 4 (£10.79 – £10.98 per hour)

The Learning Academy Partnership (Warberry C of E Academy) has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join the Nursery team! We have two permanent roles available at either 21 or 35 hours per week.
At the heart of Warberry Academy is the vision that every child will fulfil their dreams and ambitions. Our Christian vision is ‘Roots to grow, fruit to flourish’ and this is rooted in all our children flourishing throughout their time at Warberry beginning with our very youngest children.
Our aim is to nurture and support children of all abilities, helping every child to achieve their potential; we provide children with a rich and vibrant curriculum in partnership with our families and local community. We pride ourselves on providing a wide range of experiences and opportunities for all, removing barriers to learning and empowering children to achieve the very best.
We understand the importance of finding the right Early Years setting to start each child’s journey through education. We are proud of our Nursery provision where our children have fun sharing, talking, singing and challenging themselves. They practice new skills, learn through play, and develop a strong moral, resilient character which is nurtured by our team of expert practitioners.
We are looking for two Learning Support Assistants who are passionate about supporting our mission that every child has the right to live life to the full and flourish, regardless of their starting point. If you are someone who wants to have a profound impact on the future lives of our children, we’d love to hear from you! Our wellbeing strategy enables us to nurture and develop our colleagues, and you will be supported by an energetic and dedicated team who care about children and the community.
Our School Trust is underpinned by our four core beliefs; we are stronger together, a sense of belonging; removing barriers and realising the possible. This means that by working collectively, we can achieve our absolute best to ensure that children, especially the most vulnerable, can flourish.
We can offer you:
- A culture that takes work life balance extremely seriously for all its colleagues
- The chance to work as part of a collective in a values-led School Trust, a single organisation
- Opportunities to develop your career with our growing School Trust through our excellent development practice
- A strong, proactive wellbeing network across the School Trust
- Access to a 24-hour Employee Assistance Programme
- Trust benefit schemes
- A generous Local Government Pension Scheme
All our schools are each at the centre of their local communities and celebrate their individuality and distinctiveness. A core feature in how we work as a School Trust is our collective approach in delivering an exceptional education for all children. We do this through working very closely together in mutual support and challenge to empower excellence for our children, families, and the communities that we serve.
In short, our ethos is one of working together to Empower, Excel, Together.
We want to support you in deciding if we are a School Trust that you would like to join. We strongly recommend that you arrange a visit or virtual call so that you can better understand if we are an organisation which excites you and can support you to flourish. Please contact Karen Southard – Headteacher – 01803 292642 or email warberry@lapsw.org to arrange an appointment.
