The role encompasses one-to-one and small group support, pre-teaching, individual intervention and supporting class teachers to enable the strongest possible outcomes for learners of all abilities. As an all-through Academy, applicants will need to be prepared to work across all ages and stages.
We are looking for:
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- The desire to transform educational experiences for future scholars and support the development of an exceptional place of learning
