Salary Details:
• Full-Time (52-week Contract): £28,968.16 gross (£14.66 per hour, 38 hours per week).
• Term-Time Only (39-week Contract): £21,726.12 gross (Pro-rata based on 38 hours per week).
• Part-Time and Subcontractor Positions Available.

Experience the excitement of providing engaging activities such as forest school, outdoor learning, and personalised support for primary education and GCSEs, tailored to the unique interests of the young people we work with. Our team of experienced mentors, youth workers, teachers, outdoor practitioners, and therapists are committed to creating impactful, validating experiences for young people to succeed.
We are seeking individuals who are prepared to go the extra mile to support young people with challenging behaviour and significant barriers to learning. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver personalised learning plans.
• Provide mentoring support tailored to individual needs.

• Collaborate with other staff, families, and external agencies to ensure holistic support.

• Experience working with young people in an educational, mentoring, or support capacity.
