Learning Coach - Coombeshead Academy (Education South West)

Required as soon as possible to be part of the learning coach team which forms our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) department. You will take a pro-active role in the 1 to 1 support of a named student, including intimate care. You will provide educational, social, emotional and physical support for the named student who has an EHCP. This is a fixed term contract linked specifically to a named student. The Fixed Term Contract is initially for one year to provide 1 to 1 support for a named student, with provision for the role to be extended.
