Required as soon as possible, a friendly, experienced Kitchen Manager to lead a catering team in a busy school kitchen, providing service to staff, students and visitors. You will be responsible for producing a balanced and nutritious service to include ordering provisions, stock and budget management and the line management of the catering team. You should hold a current Food Hygiene Certificate level 2 or 3 and be able to ensure compliance with food standards and food hygiene regulations. The working days are 7.15am - 3pm (Monday - Friday), with some flexibility to cater for functions and events.
