Required from September 2023, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and driven KS2 teacher - who is a qualified SENDCo, or who would like to train as such - to join a forward-thinking multi-academy trust, and a dedicated team of professionals, who work hard to encourage and support every child as they progress along their learning journey. This post involves a 0.8 teaching commitment and contains 0.2 release time for the role of SENDCo.
Webber's Primary School is situated in rural Devon in the village of Holcombe Rogus, near Wellington, on the Somerset / Devon border. We aim to give all learners the opportunity to grow by empowering children to be fair and open-minded, reflective learners. We have high aspirations for our children and focus on standards with a rigorous approach to all subjects, as well as offering a broad and balanced curriculum through engagement with the arts, PE, sport and numerous enrichment opportunities. We encourage pupils to enjoy their learning, achieve high standards, become resilient individuals and develop positive character virtues.

This post is a fixed-term appointment in the first instance pending pupil numbers and capacity.
