Junior Science Technician - Isca Academy (Ted Wragg Multi Academy Trust)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated person with a keen interest in science to join our large Science Department.

This is a varied post involving all aspects of preparing and supporting practical science lessons, including: the preparation and demonstration of experiments; managing and delivering resources to lessons; and the maintenance of equipment and learning spaces in compliance with Health and Safety and COSHH regulations. Relevant experience would be an advantage although full training would be given. Excellent organisational and time management skills and a proactive approach are essential, as is a commitment to supporting students and colleagues.

Our school is located on a recently designed campus with purpose-built accommodation, offering spacious and excellent teaching and learning facilities. We currently have a roll of over 1,000 students and were full on first choices in September 2021. Isca Academy prides itself on providing high quality comprehensive and inclusive education.
