If you have a background in UX or interaction design, creating highly usable products within a fast-moving team, then we’d like to hear from you. You will play a key role in the design and development of our user centred digital services, through your expertise in designing intuitive user experiences and in prototyping and improving digital products to ensure identified user needs and organisational outcomes are met.

The role
- The UX / Interaction Designer will be responsible for the timely delivery of high-quality, user-centred interactions that are informed by user research, prototyping and testing.
- You’ll be responsible for collaborating across the team to understand user needs, contribute with solutions to any service re-design and produce, test and iterate high quality interactions in collaboration with the development team.
About you
- You’ll have considerable experience of contributing to the design and development of user centred digital experiences, and may have experience of using CSS
- You’ll prefer working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, and will be comfortable working across multiple concurrent, complex projects.
- You’ll be creative and open to innovative solutions that address complex problems and can readily articulate and visualise concepts that are intuitive and easy to use and comply with all relevant statutory accessibility legislation.
