Job Share 19 hours per week
INTERNAL ONLY (DCC Employees Only)
An opportunity for an existing 1wte Community Health Worker to join our Infant Feeding Team for 19 hours per week, as part of their 1wte role alongside their remaining 18.5 hours within a health CHW role in their locality. This position is part of an existing job-share role, and the combination of health hours alongside infant feeding hours means that they are able to maintain skills in both areas of practice and supports training, supervision and employment requirements.
The Infant feeding requirements is 19 hours per week over pre-set days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday - one of which would be a 4-hour infant feeding day with 3.5 hours that same day for health work. This would leave Monday, Thursday and 3.35 hours of either Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday as health hours. However, it is possible that within infant feeding we could work with a two-week working pattern that was Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday full days one week and Wednesday and Friday the next week (full days). This would mean health days would be Monday, Thursday week one and Monday Tuesday and Thursday week two.
