Inclusion and SEN Manager - Roborough Preschool

Roborough Preschool, a local not-for-profit charity, is seeking two experienced leaders to jointly manage the setting: a Curriculum and Safeguarding Manager and an Inclusion and SEN Manager (Deputy DSL). The Curriculum and Safeguarding post is advertised separately.
Both roles are 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 3.00pm, paid at £14.50 per hour, with the potential for an additional £1.25 per hour retention bonus following successful completion of probation.
These posts are based on 38 working weeks per year plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave, with salary spread across 12 equal monthly payments.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape high-quality early years education, strengthen inclusive practice and support staff development within a warm, community-based preschool.
Applicants should hold a minimum Level 3 childcare and education qualification.
A Level 2 maths qualification is required for managers, or must be achieved within two years of starting the role. Updated Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding / Child Protection and Safer Recruitment training would be advantageous.
