We are looking to appoint an IT technician to join our existing team to ensure the continued smooth running of our computer system. This post would suit someone with relevant experience who is keen to further develop their knowledge and skills, but equally, it could be the right opportunity for someone with a basic knowledge of IT who is looking for an apprenticeship opportunity.
The main duties would involve using Office 365; Active directory; IT trouble shooting skills; record keeping systems; Filtering Systems and helping maintain the website. We have an expert system manager who will provide a high level of IT training, this has enabled our existing technician to leave us to a promotional post.
Salary: JE, Grade E points 7-11: £22,369 - £24,054 FTE (actual starting salary commences at £17,108) (pay rise pending) (apprentice pay between £5.28 - £10.42 per hour, depending on age. Actual salary between £7,756 - £15,307 per annum.
