We are seeking to appoint an HLTA to add value to our students learning experience, working in a small friendly team.
Main duties and responsibilities:
To work under guidance an agreed system of supervision and to manage systems/policies/procedures for:
- Pastoral support;
- Mentoring and counselling;
- Behaviour;
- Exclusions and attendance.
