Our Fundraising team forms an important part of our work at InFocus. Their passion and collaboration bring in thousands of pounds every year. It’s money that goes on to improve and change the lives of the young people we support.
It's this mission, this scale, this challenge and the values we all live by, that makes InFocus such a fulfilling place to work and thrive.
Our Fundraising Relationship Officer will provide outstanding donor care to support our income generation. This will include working on events, trust and foundation bids, and legacies.
There will be opportunities for you to work closely with the Head of Fundraising, as well as responsibility for leading, managing and reporting on your own fundraising activity. You’ll be confident working on your own to produce accurate and insightful reports from fundraising data, as well as presenting your work to colleagues.
We commit to ensuring our supporters feel valued and driven to deliver fundraising that is effective, agile and sector-leading. We do this by putting supporters at the heart of everything we do, and by embedding a learning culture in our teams where process improvement and innovation are embraced and celebrated.
So, if you want to give your days meaning. To put your passion into a role with real impact. To support people and be supported yourself in an inclusive team, that faces every challenge together. Whatever your interests and ambitions, we think you'll find a role here that works for you.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our charity for an energetic fundraiser who can help us to:
• Inspire people to support our charity through regular and engaging communications;
• Lead on generating income using a range of different fundraising methods, including digital, individual giving, corporate partnerships and challenge;
• Create sustainable income and significant growth against targets.
This role sits within the Income Generation Team, working closely with Head of Fundraising and other stakeholders from around the charity.
