The post is temporary depending on intake / pupil numbers for September 2023.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the Nursery at Dolton Primary School.
As well as holding a relevant Level 2 or above qualification in early years child care, you will also need a solid understanding of the requirements of the EYFS curriculum. You will be responsible for providing a range of activities for children (aged 2 to 4 years old) and managing resources to support an enabling learning environment. You will contribute towards planning and written observations of the children and collate evidence to support children’s progress towards learning outcomes.
You will be proactive and a positive team player; able to work constructively as part of a team to ensure that the learning environments meet the needs, challenge and stretch the interests of the children and allow them to become confident, capable and have a positive self-image. Good communication skills are essential.
The successful candidate will have drive, enthusiasm and be passionate about learning. Dolton School is a small village school that takes children from 2 to 11 years old.
