Foundation Stage Worker - Bampton C of E Primary School (Alumnis Multi Academy Trust)
- Multiple Locations
- Full Time
- Grade B: £12.45 - £12.65 per hour (pay award pending)

Bampton C of E Primary School is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Foundation Stage Worker to join our vibrant early years team. This role also includes leading our Morning Club Provision, providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children before the school day begins.
As a Foundation Stage Worker, you will support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will help create a stimulating and inclusive environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and independence. Working closely with the class teacher and other team members, you will contribute to delivering high-quality teaching and care that meets the needs of every child.
In addition, you will take responsibility for our Morning Club, planning and delivering enjoyable, age-appropriate activities that help children settle into the day with confidence and ease. You will ensure the well-being and safety of all children attending the club, and build strong, positive relationships with both children and families.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and understand the importance of the EYFS in shaping young learners. You should be a reliable and organised team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to supporting children’s development. You will also be confident working independently when leading the Morning Club.
In return, we offer a welcoming and supportive school community with a strong Christian ethos. You will benefit from opportunities for professional development and training, a well-resourced learning environment, and the chance to work with enthusiastic and friendly children who love to learn.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults, and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check, references, evidence of right to work in the UK, online checks, qualification check and medical screening.
