We are looking for a qualified (level 3) Early Years Practitioner to join our strong and friendly team. You must have a sound knowledge of the EYFS and be able to work alongside the teacher when constructing and implementing an ambitious curriculum to suit all children's needs and level of development. We are looking for creative, flexible and proactive candidates with a strong knowledge of how to support learning and provide care for children.
This post is fixed term to cover a temporary increase of workload in the school due to an increase in Nursery numbers.
You should be:
• Able to demonstrate a patient, calm and encouraging approach;
• Able to build positive relationships with children, staff and parents;
• Willing to work as part of a team;
• Able to support children of all abilities.
Working in a close team, you must demonstrate good communication skills and flexibility to create a thriving learning environment for both children and staff, promoting their overall wellbeing.
