St Helen's C of E School is seeking to appoint a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated Foundation Stage Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team in our Reception class. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and committed to helping children develop confidence, curiosity and independence in a nurturing learning environment. Our school is a small, caring village school with strong community links, high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to providing rich and engaging learning experiences both indoors and outdoors.
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to support high-quality provision across the Early Years Foundation Stage, building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues, and contributing to the wider life of the school. We are looking for someone who is caring, patient, flexible and motivated, with a genuine love of working with young children and supporting their early development. A full and relevant level 3 Early years qualification is required for this post.
