About Us: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our dynamic team within the Adult Social Care department. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will play a crucial role in managing financial information and driving systems improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve financial queries from various stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and information.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems improvements.
- Assist with preparing financial reports and statements as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in a finance-related role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- The ability prioritise your workload is essential, along with the capacity to work using your own initiative and have a flexible approach.
