We in the Children’s Social Care Finance Team are committed to working in partnership to support our service colleagues to achieve their ambition to ’good’ rating. As a team we work closely with Social Care professionals in our capacity as partners, enablers of learning and financial stewards because we believe that what we do makes a difference to children and families in Devon.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced environment supporting social care and finance professionals. Your responsibilities will include processing of invoices, dealing with queries and management of financial information. You will need to have an aptitude for ICT based systems including a good knowledge and application of spreadsheet, database and word processing packages.
The ability to communicate confidently and prioritise your workload is essential along with the capacity to work using your own initiative and have a flexible approach.
