The Family Liaison team work with pupils and their families to enable them to make the most of their time at school and learn effectively. This role will help families to ensure the right support is in place for their child and signposting parents to access external support, where appropriate. They will focus on liaising with families of pupils who require the most support and follow up with external agencies and complete relevant referrals to help the pupil to be successful in school. The role will also involve setting up opportunities for parents to come into school including coffee mornings and visits. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they are able to build relationships with pupils, parents and families; and are confident in building relationships with external agencies.

This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken and written aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
