Are you passionate about improving the lives of disabled children and young people in Devon? Our Disabled Children’s Service is seeking dedicated and experienced Social Workers to help fulfil a wide range of statutory responsibilities, supporting families who need additional help or specialist care to ensure their children are safe, supported, and thriving.
Working across the full spectrum of statutory services - including assessments, child in need, child protection, children in care and transition to adulthood, the Disabled Children's Service provides consistent and holistic support throughout each child’s journey.
