Do you have experience of delivering H&S and Premises management? Would you like to transfer your skills to positively impact on young people? St Christopher’s Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an estates lead who, with the oversight of the Chief Operating Officer and Estates and Facilities Manager, will develop and manage the Trust estate of 18 primary schools. You will be part of a small, passionate estates team working to keep our premises health and safe places to be and improving learning environments for our pupils.

We are looking for a solution focussed, values-driven individual who is a good communicator with both contractors and staff, and willing to get to grips with the level of statutory compliance required in the public sector.

We can offer you:

- The opportunity to be part of a great team and the wider Trust;
- A guaranteed monthly income with good terms and conditions;
- Local government pension scheme, with employer contribution of 17.6%.

If you think you might be able to help us to make our schools great places for learning, then we would love to hear from you.
