Orchard Manor School is part of the Special Partnership Trust. We are a special school with a residential provision that caters for nearly 200 students aged 3-19. We provide education and care for pupils with communication and interaction difficulties, Autistic spectrum conditions and learning needs. Pupils attend either weekly residentially (Monday – Friday) or as day pupils.

Our School is situated in beautiful woodland grounds, in the seaside town of Dawlish. We provide a wide range of opportunities to learn outside and offsite to enhance the education and care of our pupils.

We are seeking a new EHCP Lead to join our exciting administrative team at Orchard Manor School. This role is an essential part of our school which requires someone who can work by themselves as well as part of a team. This role will require the post holder to manage the EHCP process in school, supported by the Assistant Headteacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for transferring EHCP’s of new pupils onto the school management of information system and ensure EHCP’s are reviewed in line with statutory requirements. This will include gathering all information/reports, attending, facilitating and minuting meetings, and completion of review documentation. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they are able to build and maintain professional and positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
