We have a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of improving how our case management system (Eclipse) can support frontline workers in Children's Social care. This is an exciting time of change as the service works to deliver a significant improvement programme.
We are looking for someone with a keen sense of initiative and excellent task management skills as you will be responsible for working with frontline practitioners and managers to identify system improvements and manage how these are progressed with our system supplier.
You will need to be a team player as you will play an important role working closely with colleagues from Performance and Resources and the wider Social Care service to help plan and prioritise system changes and development work.
This role would be ideal for someone looking to build skills in project and management information as well as systems.
