We are looking for a caring, experienced and enthusiastic Early Years SENDCo to join our team.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in a SENDCo role within an Early Years setting
- Be confident in making referrals and working alongside external professionals and agencies
- Support children with additional needs to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues to develop and strengthen inclusive practice across the setting
- Build positive relationships with children, families and professionals.
