We are on the look out for passionate Early Years Practitioners / Nursery Nurses who can think outside the box to become part of our extraordinary team of dedicated staff here at Grafton Childcare. We are seeking two bubbly, kind and compassionate, minimum Level 2 qualified Early Years Practitioners/Nursery Nurse to join our expanding team to work with mostly under 3 Year olds year olds.
Purpose of post:
- working alongside and supporting the Senior Nursery Nurse, Early Years Teacher and Manager
- to contribute to a high quality caring environment for children. This includes creating a warm, friendly and stimulating atmosphere in which the children can develop emotionally, socially and educationally through individual attention and group activities, working to implement the ‘Curiosity Approach ’ across the whole nursery which we are inspired by
- to work under the direction of our Senior Nursery Nurse, Early Years Teacher
- you need to be willing to go the extra mile to think beyond the norm, to use your own imagination, to be curious, have fun and make a difference to the experiences you provide and the environments you create for our amazingly curious children
- you need to be able to create environments which follow our children's unique learning styles, each will be extraordinary in its own special way. Here at Grafton Childcare we are passionate about thinking outside the box and ensuring that we meet the individual needs of our children
