The Governors are seeking to appoint an excellent Early Years practitioner to join our Pre-School team in Little Acorns.
The post starts in September 2025.
Little Acorns is based in our bungalow, operating during term time, with capacity for 24 children at a time, aged from 2 to 4 years.
The successful post holder will join our friendly and supportive team providing high quality experiences for our youngest children. The successful candidate will be a Key Person for a group of children and will be responsible for updating their Key Children's online journal using Tapestry.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the strong and supportive staff team in a successful and sought after school, striving for excellent outcomes for children.
You will be level two trained as a minimum and have experience of working in an early years setting.
You will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of early years provision, child development and aspects of practice around this. In addition, you will:

- Be keen to create a calm sense of support, nurture and care for our children
- Have a passion for inspiring learners through exciting and innovative curriculum experiences
- Have vision, passion and drive to achieve excellent outcomes for all pupils

- Be motivated, punctual and personable
- Be flexible and adaptable to be able to meet the varied needs of our children
- Have a desire to develop your own skills and career progression and be part of the whole life of the school
