Lympstone Pre School is a long-established setting, based in the heart of Lympstone Village, East Devon. We are run and led by a committee and a dedicated team of 15 employed staff and we have an exciting full-time opportunity for someone new to join our amazing team.
Our successful candidate will hold a full and relevant early years and childcare qualification at Level 3 and will be passionate about inspiring awe and wonder in the children that we care for. They will have a love for the outdoors and most importantly will be able to work as part of our team ensuring that every child feels they have a place in our loving and nurturing setting.
We are open 50 weeks of the year (closed Easter and Christmas) and also provide the wraparound care for the village primary school, so the role will not only involve working with early years but children from 2-11. We follow the curiosity approach and are predominately child led so any knowledge or experience of this would be desirable, but training can be given.
We offer a good rate of pay starting from £11.20 per hour, with opportunity for career progression.
