Are you a passionate and inspirational teacher with experience of working in Early Years and ready to start your leadership journey?
Alphington Primary School is looking to appoint an Early Years leader to drive school improvement across the Early Years team. You will be able to lead by example and motivate and inspire others to work alongside you. You will be fully supported by the wider leadership team as you grow into the leadership role.
We are looking to appoint an exceptional candidate who:

- Can inspire and motivate children and enable them to be the best that they can be.
- Has good curriculum knowledge and preferably with experience of teaching in Early years.

Exeter Learning Academy Trust (ELAT) is a partnership of primary schools based in Exeter. The Trust currently has four schools: Alphington Primary School, Bowhill Primary School, Ide Primary School, and St Thomas Primary School.
