Initially a fixed-term contract until the end of the academic year (11th July), with strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our Hedgehogs Class team. A wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to join our foundation stage. Working alongside our Early Years Teachers, you will inspire and support learning in and around our beautiful grounds, whilst holding a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for our youngest learners and their families as they take their first steps on their educational journey with us.
Looking to hear from staff qualified to level 2 and above. Previous applicants need not apply.
Do you have sound knowledge of child development and can you cater for children’s individual needs? Do you have an outstanding knowledge of the EYFS framework? Do you have experience of child-centred, self-directed learning environments and the use of continuous and enhanced provision? Do you have the skills and ability to nurture relationships and guide children’s learning through play? Have you got experience of working in partnership with parents?
