We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our warm and nurturing team at Preston Community Preschool. If you love inspiring young minds, creating joyful learning experiences, and making a positive impact every day, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children aged 0–5 years.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s development and progress.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Promote children’s personal, social, and emotional development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment.
What We’re Looking for:
- A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education or Childcare (e.g. NVQ, CACHE, BTEC).
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety, and child development.
- A positive, patient, and caring attitude.
