Early Years Assistant / Educator (x1 full time) and Bank Staff (multiple posts)- Sunflower Day Nursery

Due to a high increase in family enquiries we are looking for an enthusiastic, happy and dynamic Early Year’s Assistant / Educator to join our team in the 0-2 year provision cover and a Level 2/3 Early Years Educator to work within our Toddler talk room (1-2 year room).
We are also looking for Bank Staff to work variable hours, as and when required.
As an Early Years Assistant / Educator you will need to:
- have the ability to work with a team
- have good written and oral skills
- have the ability to relate, build and maintain good working relationships with parents/carers and professionals
- You will be required to complete the 2 year progress checks and support staff in doing so
- Support children in aspects of self-care and education
- Liaise with parent/carers at inductions, settle in sessions and keep them up to date with the day and development progress.
Qualifications:
- Level 2 Early Years qualification – required
- Level 3 Early Years Educator - desirable
- Safeguarding awareness – desirable
- Paediatric First aid training – desirable
- Food hygiene - desirable
